Intentional words can make all the difference in a brand that brides gloss over and a brand that makes brides feel like they can't hit the "send" button fast enough.

Want to see magic? Here are wedding professionals who use the power of intentional words for their wedding brands.

Words are magic.

1.

Heart and Sola Creations

Recently, I had the pleasure of crafting intentional website copywriting for
Katie who owns Heart and Sola Creations. She specializes in creating
beautiful wood flower bouquets for couples in Pennsylvania.

Katie reached out to me wanting to rewrite her About page for her floral design website. She knew the importance of writing an About page that focused on her clients first, but she just didn't have the time to devote to doing it herself.

Her branding components consist of modernity, creativity, and inclusivity. She knew that her wedding copywriting needed to weave those adjectives in throughout the text.

We worked together to nail down her brand and voice messaging before I set out to write her About page. And now she's got a brand new About page that puts her clients first!

Along with writing fresh copy for her About page, Katie and I worked together to craft an evergreen blog post to educate couples on wood flowers as an alternative to traditional florals at their weddings.

Katie mentioned that her previous guide for wood flowers came across as cold and unapproachable. So she wanted something more conversational that her dream couples could really resonate with. And that's what we crafted! A brand new evergreen ultimate guide to wood flowers.

S. Lapointe Photography

Samantha of S. Lapointe Photography is a fabulous photographer located in the northern Ohio area. She originally started out as a family photographer, but is transitioning into the realm of wedding photography.

Her branding components consist of positivity, empathy, and sincerity. She needed a blog post that resonated with her brand adjectives and educated more of her potential dream couples!

Her evergreen blog posts served as the starting point for her adventure into the realm of SEO.

Militza Ortiz Jewellery

Militza of Militza Ortiz Jewellery is a phenomenal jeweler based in the UK. She creates stunning heirlooms and bespoke jewelry for her clients, including many brides. Militza wanted an evergreen blog post that would resonate with her potential clients as they consider engagement rings.

Militza’s branding components consist of ethereality, romance, creativity, and refined luxury. She serves high end clients with her hand-crafted jewelry, and she knew that her evergreen blog post needed to speak directly to those clients.

We worked together to clarify her brand voice and tone, and then created a wonderful blog post that serves as a guide to her clients as they consider alternative engagement ring styles.

Other wedding professionals are raving:

“Thank you so much for the two wonderful blog posts you wrote for my photography business. They are the perfect starting point for my new adventure into the world of SEO. I really enjoyed your in-depth and hands-on approach to bettering my business and I am excited to work with you in the future!”

"It’s not even just a blog post - it’s written in a way that will be easy to take chunks and incorporate them into social media posts to spread out one piece of content.

I definitely plan on getting more blogs written by Tristyn!”

“Working with Sipsy Ink has been a complete game changer for my business. I never had the time, the energy, or the know how to write a blog post properly. She understood exactly what I needed to communicate and even had the ability to translate it into my voice. I could not be happier with Sipsy Ink.”
